1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 399de ("399de", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://399de.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces ("Platform").

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 399de will never request your password through any communication channel including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility, and 399de shall bear no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to protect your credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

You may be required to verify your identity, address, and payment methods before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at 399de's sole discretion. Where a payment method processes a transaction in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and 399de is not responsible for any conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. 399de reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

4.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 399de account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day. 399de is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider or the banking network.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to four hours of submission during normal operating hours, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. 399de reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a pending investigation. 4.6 Refused Transactions

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

399de reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted an offer at the time of modification will have their participation governed by the terms in effect at the time of acceptance, except where a change is required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
